Kindergarten:
Students entering kindergarten typically need to have vaccinations right before starting school. Please make sure your child's shot record is up to date and an updated copy is provided to the school no later than Friday August 17th. If you are unsure whether your child's shot record is up-to-date please contact your child's pediatrician.
7th graders:
This is just a reminder that incoming 7th grade students are required, by law, to have Tdap and meningitis vaccines. Please make sure that your child has received these and an updated copy of your child's shot record is provided to the school no later than Friday August 17th.
12th graders:
This is just a reminder that incoming 12th grade students are required, by law, to have a meningitis vaccine. Please make sure that your child has received this and an updated copy of your child's shot record is provided to the school no later than Friday August 17th.
