From Keek:
We had our annual cancer walk yesterday and raised $1,394.04!!!! Wow what an awesome community we are in! This will be split between 4 families. Each family will get $348.51. Our thoughts and prayers are with Sherry Coriell and her family. Sherry has been fighting for over 15 years. Sherry has been in this community all of her life and has grandkids in our district. We are also in prayer for Beverly Williams and her family. Beverly has been fighting for 10 years and her three kids have and are attending our school. The third family is Waylon Cordles family to help pay for Waylon’s funeral expenses. We will continue to pray for Tara, Mike and Kara as they figure out their new normal. And our 4th family is an employee in our district that wants to stay anonymous but we will still be praying and supporting them. We love you all and thank you to all those who had a part in the cancer walk.
