Dear Bloom Vernon Local School Families,

We are thrilled to announce that starting this school year, Bloom Vernon Local Schools will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the National School Lunch Program. This incredible initiative means that ALL STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH EVERY DAY!   Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these complete meals-only programs without having to pay a fee or submit a Meal application.  There will however still be a charge for extra meals or ala carte items purchased. If students wish to purchase an additional BREAKFAST, the cost will be $1.50 at the ELEMENTARY and $2.00 at the HIGH SCHOOL.  If they wish to purchase an extra LUNCH, the cost will be $2.75 at the ELEMENTARY and $3.00 at the HIGH SCHOOL.  Students can only get additional meals or additional ala carte items with cash or from their accounts. There will be no charging for any ala carte items. Students may still deposit money into their accounts to allocate for any extra items purchased.
