On Wednesday, November 11th , the Bloom-Vernon Local School District will recognize our military veterans that have served or are serving in any branch of the military.
Members of the N.B. Potts Chapter of the National Honor Society are coordinating
plans to make a video with your assistance. We are asking each veteran to provide
us with the following information:
A picture (either current or your military picture)
If applicable, the year you graduated from South Webster High School
Military service years
Branch of service
Military rank
Any other pertinent information or experiences you are willing to share
This military video will be shared on social media.
Also, please accept our invitation to visit South Webster High School on Veteran’s
Day and receive a complimentary “to go lunch” in appreciation for your service.
The menu will consist of: Salisbury steak and gravy or meatballs, mashed
potatoes, green beans, dinner roll and dessert. This invitation is for a military
person and his/her guest.
