Good morning Jeep Nation and Happy Friday! We know that we have been holding off on a big update for a few days, but we have been collecting news for next week and the week after. Next week holds Mid-Terms and the start of Spirit Week leading up to Homecoming!
What we are bringing you first are two of our 2017 graduates graduating from Marine Bootcamp. PFC Holding and Pvt. Copas were two of our graduates that heard that call to serve our country. We had many students graduate to go and answer the call to serve, we would like to thank each and every Jeep that is currently serving or has served. Thank you! The boys play Minford tonight. Theme is blackout. The girls downed Waverly last night with a score of 56-47.
Next week is mid-term week. Here is the schedule:
Tuesday-Periods 1,5,8
Wednesday-Periods 2,6,7
Thursday-3,4

Spirit Week is also upon us. Here is the rundown from Keek:
Thursday Jan 11th - PJ day
Friday Jan 12th - Twin day, Big Mo eating
Tuesday Jan 16th- Occupation Day, Hot dog eating
Wednesday Jan 17th - Color War (7th- blue, 8th - purple, freshman - White, Soph - gray, Juniors - red, Seniors - Black, and staff- neon) and fear factor
Thursday Jan. 18th - red black and white day and relays in the afternoon.
There will be no school on January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Day. No school for students on January 19th for a Waiver Day.
