The great chromebook story has now closed. Mrs. Ellsesser sent us this:
As of Monday, May 6, at 12:21 PM, the chromebook family of Room 102 is COMPLETE. Our blessed little #22 was recovered by Corey Kerns from the art room...that art room was apparently harboring most of the fugitives. We are not sure if that was a place they were enticed to as runaways...a bit of a "Fagin" situation...or if it was more of a black hole. A place where the pull of gravity was just too strong to achieve escape velocity and make it back home. But whatever the situation was...it is now come to a close. Our long national nightmare is over! It is time to celebrate! I declare tomorrow to be a day of ice cream for ALL teachers who aided in this monumental task. 😁

Can one of our high schoolers help Mrs. Ellsesser out?
They have all come home BUT ONE!! The wayward chromebooks have traveled long, rocky roads--sometimes with each other, other times alone--but they have hobbled and limped and crawled back to their loving family cart. Oh what a celebration there has been! But we still cast anxious eyes on the horizon looking for our beloved #22. That is the only one who has not returned to our fold. Those of you who have helped the others, keep your eyes open for 22. If you can lend the same assistance you have rendered, Room 102 will be eternally grateful, and Mrs. Ellsesser can enjoy her retirement fully at peace, knowing that she has shepherded those chromebooks into the next teacher's care. Is there anyone? ANYONE who can bring the final one home?

Baseball @ Fairview has been cancelled for this evening.

Mrs. Johnson's Physics class shared some "magic" with Mrs. Days' and Mrs. Rice's third grade classes. Seems like they all had fun that day Jeep Nation. Have a great day and GO JEEPS!
