I just wanted to remind everyone that we are hosting a chili cook-off in the high school cafeteria Saturday before the basketball game from 4:30-6:00. The cost is $7.00 and this includes all the chili samples you want, a peanut butter sandwich, a bottle of water, dessert, and some Tums (if needed). You will also receive tickets for the different categories so you can vote for your favorite. The categories are traditional, non-traditional, and spicy. Also, bring some change so you can vote for "The People's Choice."
All proceeds will go towards our 2019 trip to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We currently have 26 students going and a handful more still fundraising, trying to raise the money to go. Tickets can be purchased at the door, and the kids are selling them before hand as well.

Mrs. McCoy has sent us the date for the College Credit Plus Informational Meeting. It will be held in group teaching on Wed., February 7th at 6 p.m. in group teaching in the high school. This meeting is for all students and parents 7th-11th grade that are interested in earning college credit while still in high school.

Bloom-Vernon is closed on Thursday, January 18. Staff in-service will be held on Friday, January 19–no school for students.
Girls vs. Valley makeup date is Tues., Jan 30 at 4:45 p.m. due to boys game that evening. All JH games are also cancelled for this evening.

South Webster high school students. Here is some information. First of all if you have a signed guest form for homecoming you can send a picture to me on messenger or by text and we will accept it. As for now the plan for spirit week is to have color war, change drive for the Boggs family and relays on Thursday. Seniors are black. Juniors are red, sophomores are gray. Freshmen are white. 8th are purple. 7th are blue and staff is neon. Murals will need to be done at the end of the day Thursday. If we do not have school on Thursday I will post plan C! Go Jeeps!!!
